Take the train through the Chunnel to Paris. I book 1st class though an agent and when I boarded was told I had to go to another car to get a drink. Wow, I thought, some service. Grabbed a bottle of wine and a huge bottle of Heineken for my Husband. As I was finding my seat, the stewart, if that is what they call them on a train as well, said “oh, I did not think you were in this car, drinks are complimentary”. So, in typical Canadian fashion I replied, “well I guess I will be feeling so pain by Paris”.
