I didn’t like the attitude of the lazy “lady” at the post office…make her work and be nice to the people….she made me feel like I was a bother!!! This is the Amherstburg post office
Since living beside a Shoppers Drug mart I so far enjoy the experience with the post office. Every month I send my daughter at post card and i love the transaction with the post office clerk and myself. Keep up the good work Canada post.

The tall gentleman who works at the Port Colborne, On post office, is wonderful. He is pleasant, helpful, and goes beyond what he needs to, to help you. Whether it is the use of a stapler, extra tape, how to fill something out, etc. Always a great experience there.

I had a very great experience at the Winnipeg Post outlet, at Markham Road & Pembina, when I purchased a change of address. I was surprised to learn Canada post discintinued their 6 month address change form. I only had a choice between a 4 month or 12 months change of address. Why Canada Post did you discontinue that 6 month renewal form for address change ??
Otherwise the employee was very helpfull courteous.
I had a good experience when I completed my change address at Winnipeg postal outlet at Markham, Winnipeg.Was disappointed Canada Post discontinued their 6 month form.

No surprise here. Even web site to say how like service is screwed up and not working. Tried three times.
Sent a package around canada from toronto to cape breton. It needed to be there no later than friday. Was assured would be there wed latest thursday. Btw it was monday afternoon sent out. It ended up getting therethe following tuesday. I did get my money back but missed date was suppost to be there by. Total bs service. Tracking a joke. After first call can’t speak with anyone either. Only tells you on route. I will never use canada post again for sending time sensitive anything.

The young girl that works at the Vaudreuil Post Office doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing.
See customers before me as well as myself are on standby cause she doesn’t know how to charge items. I had to leave and come back to speak to someone else.
I mailed an important letter from Port Coquitlam Post Office on Friday August 22, 2014; and paid $9.45 for Registered Mail, so I could track it to Toronto. However,although I have tracked it every day for past ten days — it is always shown in Port Coquitlam.
Last Friday Aug.29th I phoned the Toronto end destination, who confirmed it had not yet arrived. Then I tried phoning Canada Post and eventually managed to reach a “live operator”, who was unable to confirm its whereabouts — and said Canada Post will check and inform me this coming week !!! I am an Old Age Pensioner, existing on limited income . How will Canada Post reimburse me for my financial cost and wasted time for their sheer incompetence ??? B.G.

ever since i arrived here in the small town of saskatchewan, i don’t have any bad experienced or problems sending money in the philippines at the post office of eston. i already 6 months here in our town but i am very satisfied with the service of all the staffs there at the post office. every month i always go there sending money, mail, package and picked up some mails in the mail box and all of them are very polite and very friendly. for the overseas foreign worker like me its a big help for us that we meet very nice people like them. its my opportunity to thank them.to debbie, bob, kc and other lady that i dont know her name, thank you very much ladies for treating us very nice. i want the whole country knows how you guys are working very hard and very good treating people. thank you very much and god bless you!

Why is delivery within Canada so slow (small parcels) and why is home delivery being cut – the Post Office is profitable.

Hi, have always been treated well @ our local post office …. Crystal Beach. Was particularly impressed
about a month ago was @ the local PO to purchase a card of stamps. After I got home, I realized that I
did not pickup the stamps up even though I had paid for them. I returned to the PO the next day with my
receipt & explained myself & was greeted with a smile & a book of stamps which I made sure I put in my purse this time. It is not very easy dealing with the public @ any time ….. xmas is just around the
corner & a smile goes along way. So Thankyou to our local PO …..

The girls here in Forestburg Ab. are very friendly and helpful. Always greet you with a smile, and address you by name. We live in a small community and these girls never fail to go above and beyond to give great service! Good job ladies!!
My experience was very positive from placing my order right to picking up my parcel from the post office. I was notified when my parcel left and when I could expect it . I was also notified when it had arrived. The postal clerk was cheery and courteous. I would use it again.

The staff in our small town post office are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It is not their fault that prices are up while services are becoming less and less. They manage to smile through customer’s complaints. We are very lucky to have our post office.

The next day I went to Shoppers Drug Mart on 86 Elm Street to pick up my registered mail and I was greeted with a very nice smile, courteous manner and very professional, and was served professionally. The woman’s name is Sandra. She is always there at the Post Office at Shoppers when I go and I enjoy every minute when I am being served and treated with high respect from the wonderful woman.

I have always had great service at Lakewood PO Shopper’s Drug Mart Herold Court. I have no complaints so far!
I sent an item out for delivery to a family member that was very urgent. I paid to have it sent priority so they would receive it on time. The item was sent but not received and is still not there. I have called and tracked it but can’t get the answers I need. My money was offered back to me but that does me no good. Its made a huge mess of things. I should be compensated more than that. What do we have if we can’t depend on our postal service for these things? And then, try to talk to someone…you get that stupid recording. Its horrible service at its best!!! If they don’t receive it soon I will sue.
