Finally, the competition is also open to anyone 18 years of age and older who wishes to participate (hereinafter referred to as “the Other Participant”), under the conditions set out below. To do this, the Other participant must send by post, from March 6, 2023 to 7200, rue Armand-Viau, Quebec (Quebec) G2C 2A7, a written request addressed to Tanguay, of a minimum of fifty (50 ) words, stating the reasons why he wishes to participate in the competition. This Other participant must include with said written request an freed response envelope, addressed to the Other participant. All such written requests must be received by Tanguay no later than April 1, 2023. After receiving the above written request, Tanguay will send a participation voucher and a draw coupon number to the other participant, in the above-mentioned freed reply envelope. Tanguay is not required to send more than one participation voucher and more than one draw coupon number per civic address. The other participant will then have to fill in the participation voucher and send it by post, at 7200, rue Armand-Viau, Quebec (Quebec) G2C 2A7. Tanguay must have received the duly completed participation voucher by April 22, 2023. If Tanguay has not received the duly completed participation voucher by April 22, 2023, then the other participant’s draw coupon number will be canceled in the Tanguay computer system. Customers who have received one (1) or more draw number during purchases made in stores or on Websites under these regulations may not participate in the competition as “other participant” within the meaning of this paragraph.
