Re: US addresses It could be a cost factor. Maybe Pepsi decided to engage a company to handle the NPNs or its Cdn hq does not have the staff/time to handle the contest mailings this year due to Covid-19 restrictions (staff might not all be in office yet and school year is ending soon for the employees with kids still online learning).
I have noticed a few US based companies running contests in Canada tend to use US mailing addresses for queries or NPN entries.
