Artman, at the top of the page there is a spot that says British Columbia/Yukon edition. If you click on that you will get the English version.

That’s weird. Right above the CBC symbol and Radio-Canada banner it says ” Édition Colombie?Britannique–Yukon [Changer] ” ( I cut and pasted that from the webpage )
Also my browser – Google Chrome – asks me would you like to translate this page to English? You could try that option.
So it’s pretty much a standard contest form. Choose your fave program from 2011 from Radio Canada, fill out the form(first name, last name, etc,etc). Courriel is email and do NOT check on “Veuillez cocher ici si vous acceptez….” otherwise Remax will hound you.
