    you can tell this is a questionable outfit as they attempt to mimic the Government of Canada logo for official ministries (Canadian flag flanked by bilingual descriptions referring to themselves as “Biometric Department”, yet the general website is tacky and bargain basement. Who knows, they have an alleged Canadian address but the general feel of the website is “third world scam artists. I wouldn’t waste your time with these clowns.
