Enter here every day for a chance to win a pair of VIP tickets to see the Cesar Millan Live Tour and one year of pet insurance. He’s the dog whisperer. If he lived in your neighbourhood you’d report him for being a crazy guy who talks to dogs, but since he’s on TV, he’s accepted as a normal, functioning human being. He hasn’t fooled me, though.     Cesar is so in tune with the dogs. It is such a gift to understand their language and to feel their soul. I’m quite envious.
