    I can’t see where it says it’s a single entry contest. One heading in the rules says “One Contest Entry Per Envelope” (referring to mail-in entries), but then the text that follows has nothing to do with how many entries are allowed.

    The rules say that they randomly choose 10% of the entries each month to become eligible for the final draw. Maybe it’s a monthly entry?
