    Nova Scotia does not appear in the drop down province list.

    that’s true, Val – but it says not open to “NS”… above – or was it changed after your comment?

    Oh, and right on the entry page it states,

    “Contest is open to legal residents of Canada excluding Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, North West Territories, Nunavut, and the Yukon.”
