I usually buy my ink cartridges at Staples. I have had copies made of my club’s membership list with great success. A member of your staff was most helpful in fitting a long poem onto 1 page to fit a matt and frame. I shop at Staples on Bayfield St N. in Barrie. The staff are very helpful. Today I purchassed an ink cartridge.

These are my comments:
1. The store seems idle a lot of times. This may have something to do with its location?
2. Occasionally there are young girls (students?) employed who, in my view, are generally clueless when it comes to customer service, and the store in general. I assume these are temporary help, with chip on shoulder.
3. There are a couple of guys on the floor who seem to know their stuff, are always prepared there for you and offer to help,
4. The Manager (I think it is the Manager) is always in motion pitching in and always helpful, and certainly seems to knows his stuff.
5. I give the Manager a “9” out of 10,
6. the guys on the floor definitely an “8”,
7. The young ones out front vary between “2” und “4”.
8. Overall, I rate the store a “7”, BUT ….

To-day, I hit a winner. Must be a “regular” whom I had never seen before (am not a frequent visitor to the store)Hence this writing.
The name on her chest was “Amy”.
I take my hat off.
She was fast, knew her stuff, was extremely helpful, even gave me a run-down on various services that are offered – which I had not known about. She helped everyone else when necessary as far as I could observe.
I now have got a pretty good idea what Staples can do for me, and will be back a lot in the print shop. Am writing a book with illustrations etc.and most certainly would use your photo/print shop more frequently – if Amy is around I am impressed.
I am a retired business executive and academic,
I give her (“Amy”) a 10 !!
That’s the service and action one likes although this kiond of service is somewhat unusual in this day and age.
