    I also get the run time error. I’m running Firefox; maybe that’s it but I can’t be bothered to fire up IE

    I have Firefox, and had no problems. It’s possible you need to update your Shockwave Flash, or your Java. People sometimes tend to let those languish and get outdated.

    It keeps saying “YOU MUST ENTER YOUR BIRTHDATE” and I have repeatedly. So it will not allow me to register either.

    Yeah, it keeps telling me to enter my birthday, over and over. I emailed them and got squat for an answer.
