    I’m pretty sure the Royal York Hotel in Toronto is a Fairmont hotel !

    You bet! The Royal York is one. The most beautiful, by far, is the Montebello outside of Ottawa – they call it a resort, but it’s the one I’d want to choose – check it out – it’s one of the largest wood structures you’ll ever see.
