It’s March now, so it’s time to start thinking about how great it will be when spring arrives. This contest gives you a chance to win $3,500 toward flower purchases or $1,500 toward a garden party at your home. Personally, I’d like to spend the $3,500 all in one shot and hire a helicopter to sprinkle the flowers over the whole neighbourhood.
