It is sweet! The only thing I wonder about is:

(d) Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.
***Does this mean you can never use your photo again, or does it mean they can use it any way they please (submitted photos as well as winning ones)?
part C mentions photo rights and it specifies “photo winners” only. My interpretation of this is that they own the COPY of the photo you send – ie. don’t expect it back. If you win, they have RIGHTS to use the photo however they like. I’d expect you would still be able to use it for personal use, but you couldn’t for example sell it to a magazine.
