    The contest site is not functioning (so many such sites are POORLY programmed, and it is shocking how many poor web design/techical staff are employed out there). In the case of this Seventeen Magazine contest, not only is there no way to enter a Canadian Province/Territory in the contest entry form (despite it supposedly being open to US AND Canadian residents), but when completing the contest entry a database error is returned by their system and the entry fails!

    You’re right Robert. I can’t even count the number of times I’ve tried to enter my address only to find that the state/prov drop-down list only includes states. Very frustrating! They mustn’t spend much time testing before making these sites public.
