Official Rules of this contest states that Canadians are allowed to enter – but – entry form will not allow province designations under “State” and will not allow you to leave it blank.
I chose, OK for Oklahoma, the closest thing I could find to ON for Ontario. I would hope that they would not disqualify a winner because they did not enter a value that was not even available on the form!
