    When I submitted my form, I was just taken back to the form, so I’m not sure if it submitted successfully. Is that what’s happening to everyone, or did my form not submit?

    Yes that happened to me too so I was afraid to reenter in case I entered twice.

    I decided to chance it again, and this time got a thank-you. Better to chance being disqualified for a double entry than to chance not entering at all.
