    FYI Rules state “Contest is open to all persons 18 years of age and over, residing in Quebec and / or outside Québec if Le Journal de Montréal and / or Le Journal de Québec are distributed there” so it is possible for non-Quebecors to enter. I’m not sure what their definition of distributed is, I can read it in electonic format here on the east coast, does that mean it is distributed here?
