    Too far from a gas station to get the QR code. Can’t find QR code online either. Hopefuly someone can share one.

    Rule #3 – You need to be a professional driver (someone whose primary income is made through driving) to qualify for this, so that will rule a lot of folks out – just an FYI, I missed it at first read.
