Residents of of Montreal and Toronto can enter here every day for a chance to win an Android smartphone, a 1-year phone plan from Public Mobile, a phone call from Karl Wolf and a copy of his “Finally Free” CD. It was nice of them to include a phone plan even though I’ve never heard of Public Mobile. How is their service? Good Luck!
