    Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who:
    (i) are the registered owner of a Kia Vehicle prior to April 2, 2012; and
    (ii) have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry

    Yes, I didn’t read the rules, but it asks for a pin. However, you are allowed to skip it and enter anyway.
