I am a single person living in a mobile home that I own living on a barely fixed income due to disability. Slowly but surely bits and pieces of my home have been breaking down and I have been sacrificing repairs or food to get by. This Reno money would go a long way to help me fix my place back up… I would so appreciate it and would remove a ton of stress from my life

I have a small kitchen with a very awkward layout. It’s outdated and very ugly. Lots of improvements needed.

I bought my house at 25, single female, that was built in 1977 and almost everything was original. The furnace and air conditioning died a couple years ago during a cold snap, the garage was broken, the kitchen and bathroom had leaks, the siding and roof had leaks, I’ve had mice and fumigation needed because the previous owner had left it in such a bad state, the carpet had wine stains, animal pee and poop, skunk smell, electricity is still on fuse box and had been band aid fixed and the backyard fence is falling down, no grass, old shed and the cheap landlords around me won’t cooperate. I have brought the house as far as I can on my own but it still needs so much help! I would appreciate any help towards fixing my home up and leaving it in a better state for the next family to love it and take pride in home ownership as I have.

  8. i’m moving and need to sell my moms one bedroom codo, she lives in b.c. and it needs upgrading and repairs. i’m low income

  9. I have had my home for about 26 years. The problem is I hate it, why because it was my families home, kids grew went away and it is too full of memories. Other half gone. Though I would love to move it really isn’t possible without making it look better. It isn’t possible to stay and beat the depression without at least changing it so it isn’t a reminder.
