My house is in immaculate condition!!… for something that was built in 1959. It has great bones, great space & a great layout. We used our renovation savings to redo our floors (all by ourselves) and get rid of all the wood panelling. But the kitchen is still very retro and the bathroom is a time warp (pink toilet, tub, sink). Everyday I fantasize about all the potential this house has. It would be a dream come true to have the means to get it done!

My place is 100% all original sin =) A small, little retro rancher complete with brown & orange octagonal patterned linoleum, grey & yellow marbled laminate counters and a fifty square foot galley kitchen.. with no dishwasher… and dated appliances… like a coil top stove with yellowed plastic dials. I feel like changing my wardrobe to match the house so I don’t look out of place…
My house is your basic builder special. I want to add better and a more up to date look that adds drama. I love my home and location and have been here over 10 years, it is time to add the decorating that turns ordinary into spectacular.

We bought our house over a year ago and I love it but it really needs allot of money put into it! It needs a roof by next year and new windows real real bad, they are always wet and I have to buy mold remover every couple weeks to keep the mold off them.Our bathroom is very out dated as well, our tub is Pink!! I would ever be so grateful to win some renevoations to help make my first home more enjoyable!
The floors in my home is like the ocean – W – A – V-Y!!! I would love to solve the problem.
