If you go in the summer, there is mountain biking, fishing, hiking, and some great golf courses!
It’s quite nice also in the summer. Especially for biking, mountain biking, and golf. Plus there are lots of scenic drives in the area, especially towards the East. It’s extremely touristic, like a European ski resort town on steroids, but nonetheless nice. Most of the surroundings are much less touristic.
