I would take late spring or early fall. The weather is nice for sightseeing, not too cold, not too hot. I love New York, but sometimes the smell can knock you over.
The smell picks me up. The sounds ,the sights, the smell of street vendors, kids playing , barking dogs, the hustle and bustle of people on the streets.Everything and everyone is so alive.
I love it too…..but the pee smell in summer….
the city many would love too see…even me
