    Reading the rules, it looks like most provinces (except Saskatchewan and Manitoba) can enter up to 4 times – once each for private passenger automobile insurance, home insurance, motorcycle insurance, and ATV insurance.

    It appears that BC residents can enter, but only once, by requesting a home insurance quote.

    The reason BC residents can only enter by requesting a home insurance quote is because BC has province run insurance.
