Boredom Busters From National Geographic Kids
My kids has always shown an interest in learning more about many different animals, and interesting facts about them as well. National Geographic Kids sent me this incredible collection of Boredom Busters books for my kids to enjoy. What was even better was the fact, that they were part of the mail that was collected for us, while we were on our vacation. The fun part about this was that the kids were just starting to come down off a high, of an incredibly fun trip, when this package of books showed up.
My son instantly went for the Animal Riddles book, which is not a surprise as he has taken an interest in joke books lately. While my youngest girl opted for the Shark stickers book and the oldest girl started on the Funny Fill In’s.
The package I received included:
- Funny Fill In: My Amusement Park Adventure
- Funny Fill In: My Rainforest Adventure
- Just Joking: Animal Riddles
- Quiz Whiz 5
- Sharks Sticker Activity Book
The kids did not want to put the books down till they went to bed, and they seem to be heavily interested in going through them again and again. Once my son put the joke book down, then the girls decided it was their turn to read it. He has on the other hand started going through their books as well.
What makes this even more fantastic is that the National Geographic Kids has allowed me the opportunity to give a package of these books to one of my readers as well.
One lucky reader will get a copy of all 5 books. Valued at approximately $40 CAN. Giveaway is open to US and Canadian readers and runs until September 10.
National Geographic Kids provided me with a copy of these books for purposes of this review. All opinions are my own.
