FUJIFILM “Basketball Tickets Giveaway” Sweepstakes Official Sweepstakes Rules

  1. The FUJIFILM “Basketball Tickets Giveaway” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence, excluding residents of Quebec and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and agents of FUJIFILM Canada Inc. (“Fujifilm” or the “Sponsor”) and of any of the Sponsor’s parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, printers, promotion or cross promotion partners, advertising, and promotion agencies, as well as members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, mother, father, sisters, brothers, sons and daughters) and households are ineligible to participate. Anyone involved in the selection of Sweepstakes winners is also ineligible to participate.
  2. Sweepstakes The Sweepstakes commences at 12:00 a.m. (ET) on January 30, 2024th (the “Sweepstakes Opening Date”) and ends at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on February 12, 2024 (the "Sweepstakes Closing Date"). The period during which this Sweepstakes is in effect is the “Entry Period.” All entries must be submitted within the Entry Period and received on or before the Sweepstakes Closing Date. Prizes may be awarded after the Entry Period as specified in Section 5 below.
  3. How to NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. THERE IS NO FEE REQUIRED FOR ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES. INTERNET ACCESS IS REQUIRED TO ENTER. YOU MAY ENTER USING FREE INTERNET ACCESS AVAILABLE AT LOCAL PUBLIC LIBRARIES AND OTHER PLACES. Navigate http://www.fujifilmprintlife.ca/ during the Entry Period to enter into the Sweepstakes. Complete all the personal entry information requested on the Sweepstakes Registration and Entry Form, including name, city, province, postal code, email address and confirmation of age eligibility. TO NOTIFY SPONSOR OF YOUR DESIRE TO HAVE YOUR ENTRY REMOVED FROM THIS SWEEPSTAKES, SEND AN EMAIL TO fcanprintlife@fujifilm.com. LIMIT ONE (1) REGISTRATION AND ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PER EMAIL ADDRESS DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD. The registration information may be shared with the Sponsor’s marketing team, the marketing team of FUJIFILM North America Corporation (“FNAC”) and FUJIFILM Corporation. Such information may be used in connection with this Sweepstakes. If you submit an entry, your entry will stay in the draw for the full Entry Period unless and until you are selected as a prizewinner (or unless you withdraw your entry as described in this Section 3 above). If selected as a prizewinner, your name will be removed from future draws. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final and binding in each instance. Only entries received during the Entry Period which include a fully completed Registration and Entry Form and are fully compliant with these Official Sweepstakes Rules shall constitute valid entries. Multiple entry attempts beyond the stated limit are prohibited, as are all late, lost, or otherwise incomplete entries (e.g., entries without all the required information completed). Any attempt at or form of entry other than as expressly specified in these Official Sweepstakes Rules (including but not limited to automated entry) is strictly prohibited. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant (and any or all their entries) who breaches any of these Official Sweepstakes Rules. The Sponsor is not obligated to respond to any correspondence about Sweepstakes submissions.
  1. To the extent the Season’s Games (as defined below in this Section 4) all take place as expected, there will be one (1) awarded in connection with this Sweepstakes with each prize consisting of two (2) tickets to one of the nineteen Toronto Raptors regular season games that are listed below which are scheduled to take place on February 14 2024  (a “Game” and, collectively the “Season”). For the avoidance of doubt, prize winners will each receive a prize package solely as follows: two (2) tickets to the applicable Game (located in Section 107 of the Scotiabank Arena). Prizes will not include any refreshments, transportation, merchandise, or other items, nor will they include any cash for the forgoing. Prizes have the approximate retail value set forth in the chart inserted into Section 5 below. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash, substituted, exchanged, or transferred to any other party; however, if any prize or prize component becomes unavailable the Sponsor reserves the right to unilaterally substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value. Taxes and any other expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of the winner. Tickets will be provided in a digital format via email or text at least four (4) hours prior to the start of the applicable Game.
  1. Selection of Winners. The winners of this Sweepstakes will be selected at random by Sponsor based upon all eligible and valid entries received between the Sweepstakes Opening Date and the Drawing Date (defined below) for each prize. Drawing will occur at approximately 12:00 pm (ET) at Sponsor’s headquarters at 600 Suffolk Court, Mississauga, ON) and a winner and alternative winner will be selected at such time. A selected entrant will not be an official Sweepstakes winner until the entrant has been successfully validated, has duly received an official notification of their winning status from the Sponsor, and has signed and returned the necessary documentation and taken the steps as referenced in Section 6 below, and has correctly answered a time- limited skill-testing question, all within the timelines set out in this Section 5 and in Section 6 The Sponsor will attempt to contact the first entrant selected in a prize drawing within twelve (12) hours after selecting the entrant as a potential winner, using the email address provided by the entrant at the time of entry. Selected entrants so notified must claim their prize by email and must complete all the above steps and return all of the above documentation, within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. If a selected entrant does not respond to the email notification, complete all of the above steps, and return all of the above documentation, within twenty-four (24) hours, they will forfeit their prize eligibility and the entrant selected as the alternative winner of the applicable prize drawing will be selected in their place, at which point the above requirements will apply to the alternative winner. If the alternative winner fails to comply with the above requirements, then additional alternative winners will be selected until one of the selected winners complies with the above requirements, or the Game in question begins (whichever occurs first). Winners will be announced on the www.fujifilmprintlife.ca or other Fujifilm (or Fujifilm affiliate) website and/or (ii) one or more social media platforms, as posted by Fujifilm (or Fujifilm affiliate) or their agents, such Twitter, Facebook and/or Instagram. By entering this Sweepstakes, you consent to your information being used for such purposes. Drawing Dates and Game dates are currently scheduled to occur as set forth in the chart below, subject to the Games taking place when scheduled. The chart below is based on the Games schedule supplied by the Toronto Raptors to the public as of October 1, 2024, and is subject to change by the Toronto Raptors, et al. Sponsor is not responsible for the occurrence and/or timing of the Games, and some prizes may be awarded for Games that are subsequently rescheduled or canceled. In no event does Sponsor bear any responsibility or liability for any Game rescheduling or cancellation.

  1. Prize Acceptance. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrants will be required to complete, execute and return all or some of the following documents as determined by the Sponsor: (i) an affidavit confirming the winner’s identification and eligibility and (ii) a Declaration and Release Form (such form, among other things, confirms acceptance of the prize as awarded without substitution, and releases the Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, designees and advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance and use of the prize). If such documents are not returned within twenty (24) hours, or if any prize notification is returned as non-deliverable or any selected entrant is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Sweepstakes Rules, disqualification may result, and the process described in Section 5 for choosing an alternate will apply. In the event of a dispute as to identity of any online entrant, the actual individual named on the online entry form will be deemed to be the official entrant unless otherwise determined by the Sponsor. The Releasees shall not be responsible for any liability or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind to or of any person or property (including, without limitation, death of any person), arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes.
  1. Odds of Winning. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible and valid entries received between the Sweepstakes Opening Date and the Drawing Date for that.
  2. Disqualification of Entries. Without limitation of any other provision in these Official Sweepstakes Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries which Sponsor, at its sole discretion, determines to be inconsistent with their corporate standards, reputation, or consumer expectations. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to tamper with the Sweepstakes, to harass or interfere with any other entrant, or otherwise acts in an inappropriate or unsportsmanlike way, all as determined by Sponsor in its absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries which are not legible, contain errors or do not comply strictly with all requirements in these Official Sweepstakes Rules.
  3. Additional Rules. Sponsor and its promotional agency, if any, accept no responsibility for any liability, loss, damage, or claims caused by or resulting from entry in the Sweepstakes or in connection with the acceptance or use of any prize. The Sponsor and its promotional agency, if any, will not be responsible for lost, misdirected, falsified, or delayed entries. The Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost, late, delayed, stolen, misdirected or garbled mail, entries, data or transmissions, or the omission, interruption, deletion, defect, failures or unavailability of any telephone, PAD, computer lines or networks, electronic communications (including internet uploading or other communications), computer equipment, hardware, software or any combination thereof. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Without limiting the forgoing, the Sponsor, and its promotional agency, if any, shall not be held responsible for any problems, errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Sweepstakes or for any damage to an entrant’s computer, telephone or PAD equipment, system, software or any combination thereof, as a result of the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes.
  1. The Sponsor respects your right to privacy. We will only use the information you provide to conduct this Sweepstakes and for the related publicity mentioned above, unless you have indicated to the Sponsor that you wish to receive promotional materials on a periodic basis. All Sweepstakes entrant information that is entered when signing up for the Sweepstakes is stored and saved. The Sponsor will use the stored email information to contact Sweepstakes winners.
  2. Modification/Cancellation/ Termination of Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend, in whole or in part, the Sweepstakes, if it deems such action necessary or appropriate, without liability and without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, (a) if, for any reason, the online portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or infection by computer virus, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes and/or (b) if the integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised in any manner, given tampering, fraud or any other conduct that may negatively impact the execution of the Sweepstakes in any way, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify Sweepstakes and judge entries received that are unaffected by the problem.
  3. Applicable This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, provincial, and municipal laws applicable.
  4. Void Where Prohibited, Availability of Official Sweepstakes Rules and Winner’s This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. The Official Sweepstakes Rules are available throughout the Entry Period on http://www.FujifilmPrintLife.ca. The names of the Sweepstakes winners may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to FUJIFILM “Basketball Tickets Giveaway” Sweepstakes, 600 Suffolk Court, Mississauga, Ontario, CANADA L5R 4G4, by Feb 12, 2024.
  5. No endorsement. Despite the fact that certain prizewinner information may be posted on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram as part of the promotion of this Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter, Facebook or Instagram, or by any basketball team or league. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram. Any personal information you provide will only be used for the administration of this Sweepstakes and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy. Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram are completely released from all liability by each participant in this Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor and not Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram.
