Contest Rules
1. How to enter
To be eligible for the contest: "Win a $100 Pronature gift card’’ the participant must be inscribed to the Pronature Outdoors, Hunting & Fishing newsletter and meet the eligibility requirements. He/she must provide a first and last name, a valid email address and must fully accept the contest rules. All participants must be residents of Canada and 18 years of age or older. No purchase is necessary. Limit of one (1) entry per person, per household and per email address.
2. Price description
2.1. The prize is a total value of $100.00.
2.2. One winner will receive :
A $100.00 Pronature gift card.
By participating in the contest, the winner authorizes Pronature to use his/her name, address and/or photograph for publicity purposes without any form of compensation.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and described in these rules. They are transferable, but cannot be substituted for another prize, nor exchanged, in whole or in part, for cash.
3. Price distribution
The winner's name will be drawn at random from the entries received by the contest deadline. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be contacted by email and will have 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or if the prize has not been claimed after this period, a new winner will be selected. The prize will be forwarded to the Pronature store closest to the winner's location for pick up or it will be mailed directly to the winners residence.
Pronature assumes no responsibility for lost or late entries for any reason. Pronature is not responsible for misdirected, lost, illegible, damaged or otherwise damaged entry forms (such as server, internet access or internet connection problems). All entry forms become the property of Pronature and will not be returned.
4. Start and end of giveaway
The giveaway begins on November 13th, 2023 and ends on December 10th, 2023 at 11:59 PM.
5. Date of draw
The draw will take place at Pronature's head office, 1778 Wilfrid-Hamel Boulevard, Suite 200 Quebec City, Quebec G1N 3Y8 on December 11th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.
6. General Rules
The announcement and any images associated with the advertisements for this contest are for informational purposes only. By entering this contest, each winner agrees to comply with each and every one of the conditions set forth in these rules and regulations and to release, discharge and hold harmless Pronature and their respective affiliates, as well as their respective employees, representatives, agents, mandataries, partners and advertising and/or promotional agencies, from and against any and all claims, actions or causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any kind whatsoever, arising out of, connected with, or resulting directly or indirectly from participation in this contest or use of the prize won.
This contest is open exclusively to all persons aged 18 and over who reside in Canada, with the exception of employees, representatives and agents of Pronature, their respective affiliates, partners, advertising and/or promotional agencies, as well as persons with whom such employees, representatives and agents are domiciled, and members of their immediate families.
Pronature reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, or any part thereof, at any time, for any reason and without prior notice, all decisions being subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux.

This contest is subject to all applicable laws. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
