Terms and Conditions (the fine print)
Eligibility: No purchase is necessary. No automated entries. This Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. or Canada residents who are 16 years of age or older, possess a valid ID proving age, and personal Internet email address. One (1) Grand Prize of ski gear with an approximate cash value $800 will be awarded to one (1) winner, chosen at random from all entries. Entries must be in by June 30, 2024. To receive the prize, the potential winner must reside in one of the fifty (50) United States or Canada: ALABAMA, ALASKA, ARIZONA, ARKANSAS, CALIFORNIA, COLORADO, CONNECTICUT, DELAWARE, FLORIDA, GEORGIA, HAWAII, IDAHO, ILLINOIS, INDIANA, IOWA, KANSAS, KENTUCKY, LOUISIANA, MAINE, MARYLAND, MASSACHUSETTS, MICHIGAN, MINNESOTA, MISSISSIPPI, MISSOURI, MONTANA, NEBRASKA, NEVADA, NEW HAMPSHIRE, NEW JERSEY, NEW MEXICO, NEW YORK, NORTH CAROLINA, NORTH DAKOTA, OHIO, OKLAHOMA, OREGON, PENNSYLVANIA, RHODE ISLAND, SOUTH CAROLINA, SOUTH DAKOTA, TENNESSEE, TEXAS, UTAH, VERMONT, VIRGINIA, WASHINGTON, WEST VIRGINIA, WISCONSIN or WYOMING. The winner may make no substitution or transfer of the prize. Noncompliance with any of these Official Rules and Regulations will result in disqualification. Winner will be notified via email of winning status and will have fourteen (14) business days to respond as set forth in the notification email and claim the prize; failure to respond will result in disqualification and random selection of a new winner. Return of any email prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Black Diamond Equipment, Ltd. is not responsible for any typographical error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.
