How to Enter
To enter the Contest, purchase an eligible Ziploc® or OFF!® brand product, and complete and submit the entry form below, including by entering the 12-digit Universal Product Code (UPC) located on the eligible product in the required entry form field. Please see Full Contest Rules for a no purchase means of entering the Contest.
Limit of 20 entries per person/email address, regardless of method of entry. Please note that all eligible products of the same type will have the same UPC and a UPC may only be submitted once in connection with this Contest. Eligible products and the Canadian retail locations at which they are sold are listed in Schedule “A” of the Full Contest Rules.
