     I loaded the page at the link posted above and after a second I got a pop-up that said “Enter now”. Once you click “enter now” it should refresh the original page to include the contest entry form at the top right of the page.

       What browser are you using? I’ve tried Firefox, Chrome, Brave and none of them show the contest form.

         Chrome, on Windows PC. Only thing I can suggest is make sure you don’t have a setting or extension that blocks pop-up windows.
