Does one need a drivers licence, I wonder?

Personally, I don’t like this condition:

i need a Snowmobile right now
My Wife won the snow mobile for the mobil contest back in december. The ID is for verifying you are you. Th promotional pictures are for promoting the contest/ winners… thats all.
