    Spam Jam will be happy to benefit from adding this recipe to their growing collection!
    My Dad, an old army man, would cook this at the cottage for us kids.
    Slice spam in 1 ” thick slices.
    Cover in pancake batter and cook til golden brown in fry pan.
    Serve with fried egg on top and maple syrup or HP sauce!
