From December 1st to December 23rd, 2023
A gift bag with two Genacol products, with an approximate value of $60.
One winner per day will be drawn randomly from all participants and will receive a gift bag valued at approximately $60. The winner will be announced on Genacol’s Facebook page the following day in the related post.
Grand Prize on December 24th, 2023
3 gift bags with 12 Genacol products, with an approximate value of $380 each.
On December 24th, we will draw three (3) gift bags of 12 Genacol products valued at approximately $380 each among all those who have participated in the contest from December 1st to 23rd, 2023. The three grand winners will be announced on December 24th, 2023 on Genacol’s Facebook page.
From December 1st to 24th, 2023, Genacol will draw a gift bag every day on its Facebook page (see gifts details above). Any participant who gives a correct answer in the comments on the Facebook post of the day between 7 am and 11:59 pm automatically gets a chance to win the gift basket corresponding to that day. Only one entry per person per day. Genacol will not accept any contest entries by phone, email, or messaging.
The winner of the day will be announced in the comments on the post they participated in and will be notified by Facebook messenger or email. If they cannot be reached within seven days of the draw or after three attempts, whichever comes first, or if they do not meet all the conditions of the rules, the name of another participant will be drawn randomly from all other entries.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Subject to the conditions set out herein, the Contest is open to any person aged 18 and over, residing in Canada, except for employees, representatives of Genacol, or anyone directly involved in the Contest, as well as, respectively, any person with whom such employee, representative is domiciled or any immediate family member. For the purposes of the participation rules, “immediate family” means father, mother, brothers, sisters, children, husband and wife, or common-law partner of such employee, or representative.
The organizers of the Contest reserve the right to disqualify any person participating in this Contest in violation of the participation rules or attempting to participate by means contrary to the rules (examples: participation exceeding the allowed limit, computer hacking, automated or robotic registrations, etc.).
By participating in this Contest, the winner irrevocably authorizes the organizers and their representatives to use their name, photograph, image, and/or voice to inform through all media that they are the winner of the Contest and without any form of compensation.
The Prize must be accepted as described in these Rules and cannot, at the winner’s request, be substituted for another Prize or exchanged in whole or in part for money and/or transferred to another person.
The required rights for this Contest under the Lottery, Publicity Contest, and Amusement Devices Act have been paid.
This contest is not associated with Facebook, nor is it managed, endorsed, or sponsored by Facebook.
The decisions of the Contest organizers are final and not subject to appeal.
This Contest is subject to all applicable provincial and federal laws and regulations.
