I entered this contest on Oct. 26 and won a $200 Gift Card to NHLShop.ca and won the same prize on Oct. 29.
They sent me an email both times right away notifying me I was a potential winner but as of today they have not sent me any declaration and release forms for my wins. They supply no contact information to request one either. The rules stated that you only had a few days to fill out declaration forms before they would expire but how can you do that when they don’t send you the forms. Starting to think this is a scam contest. Checked my other folders several times each day and the forms never showed up anywhere. If anyone else receives a declaration form please let me know how to contact them. Thank you.
