just as the page suggests, you swipe though the three bikes, select the option you prefer, the family set, the mountain bike or the road bike, once selected you will recieve the entry form.
i just did it. worked like a charm.

@Eric: trying clicking on the ellipsis dots at the bottom of the page instead of trying to swipe right. The different bikes will appear and then you can click one to enter.
tried that no bike showed up, nothing to enter
