My mom could really use this! 8 years ago she bought our house with plans to renovate it to accommodate a blended family of 8. Unfortunately my step dad got injured at work and passed away a few years ago leaving her with a half done house that she can’t afford to fix. With everything she’s gone through being a single mom she could really benefit from something like this.. thank you for the opportunity and Good luck to everyone!

Purchased a home ln 2016 and it hasn’t had any updates since the early 60’s. Lots of paneling and very overwhelming. Had enough funds to do the outside of the house but totally broke now to repair the inside. A kitchen would be great. The area is small (approx. 12’x12′). I am a senior now and just need a comfort one …… a kitchen!

We have done so many renos but still need a walk in closet, decorating, mud room .
Being disabled running short on funds. This would help us so much

  9. I am hoping to get a renovation for my daughter and her partner who live in London, ON. Together they raise a blended family of five girls aged 5-12. Dave also has 3 college aged kids who do not live at home but do visit often. Dave and Meg are very independent and hard working people who put the children first. Their home is quite small and in serious need of Renovation. The kitchen is literally falling apart and the one small main floor bathroom needs help to service a home with 5 young girls. Dave and Meg plan to stay in the home as it is affordable and a good size for a post children life, but in the meantime … please help this wonderful couple make their house into the home they need to raise their wonderful family. TY

I know many others could use this but my family really needs it as we are expecting our 5th child. Yes that’s right I said 5TH!! Lol
We are in desperate need of more bedrooms and the only solution is to finish our basement and make a safe and comfortable living area/bedroom for the kids. The kids are already sharing rooms and in a few months we will have to figure out where our 5th child will stay.
Money will be tight as most mothers know that when you are maternity leave you don’t get much money. We had estimates ranging from $40k -$50k to finish our basement properly. That will be almost impossible for us to afford:(
Please help us. Our children are all under the age of 10 so they will need the extra bedrooms for many years.

I could really use any help I can get. I am a single mom and had my sister and her family living with me for the last 10 years to make ends meet. 6 people in a bungalow made it hard to fix anything and what was done is now broken from it being well lived in. I am now on my own with my daughter and I am in desperate need of two bathroom repairs and a kitchen repair. I cannot get approved for a loan to get anything done and the little I have will take forever to save up for to pay cash. Both bathrooms have leaks that I cannot fix myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I’m Michelle, I have been living alone for the past 8 years, and was able to do most of the stuff on my own for the most part up until 5 years ago, when I was diagnosed with Cancer. I just don’t have the energy I use to have before I had treatment. Some days are better then other, of course. I have hired people in the past now I rely on anyone that will help, I feed them in return.

I am a New home owner of a tiny home. The home is small and has so much potential. But I need help making the space functional for my families daily life. We are currently running on solar and but have no running water. My family and I are trying to get our new home ready before the colder months begin. I had a renovation person come to give me a quote and hey literally laughed at my living situation and was unable to be reached when I tried to followup call.
We need the help of professionals who know what they are doing and who are skilled with working on tiny spaces. An extra pair of hands and skills are much appreciated with this project.

    Sincerely Abbigale
