Frances, the contest just opened and doesn’t close until October. Why would anyone have won it already?
While the 2015 contest was supposedly on in October 2015, anyone accessing the survey link likely saw a message that the survey period was over. Yet the CP receipts continued to provide the link well into Dec 2015. Frances asks a valid question-I don’t know where CP posts its survey winners.
