We need new siding, new roof and with a family of five and two dogs it makes it hard to do all that and money. Would take a lot of stress away for all of us.

I used to be quite handy until I developed serious back problems ,the semi I live in is slowly falling apart and as a retired senior supporting three adult kids my little saving has dwindled and now I’m too depressed to invite anyone to our home. I and my kids will survive if repairs are not done but our lives would change if they were . Please consider us if any free repairs are ever offered in the Ishawa area. Thank you so much for your consideration .

I love my over 100 year old house, but could use a new kitchen!

  14. I am in need of I insulation. The house is crafty. So the hydro bills are between $500 – $700 per month in the cold months.
The whole house is run by hydro. So any help with the exterior walls would appreciated.
    Thank you

I live in a third generation farmhouse that is in need of a lot of outside and inside renovations. My father worked hard to maintain this farm house but being retired and older has been unable to keep up. It has gotten behind on updates and needs that I try to help with so any help to bring this old farm house back to life would be great, new roof, deck, siding, and windows would be great and less of a burden on my father. Also the hydro is over 500.0 a month plus and that’s with trying to keep wood cut for the stove so the furnace doesn’t have to work so hard
