    As far as I can tell, Polaroid hasn’t made anything in years. According to Wiki, Polaroid “as of 2015, is a brand licensor to companies that distribute consumer electronics and eyewear”.

    IE they license their brand name (which has consumer acceptance) to other companies that you’ve probably never heard of (possibly with good reason).
