SHE HAS BEEN WORKING THERE FOR A VERY LONG TIME HER WORK ETHICS MUST BE GOOD BUT HER personality is much to be desired she never said hello or Thank you or have a nice day like a clerk should.
and I was charged 17 dollars plus change for a little parcel going ground from Surrey to Newfoundland thought it was way over charged for the little box that it was in .To sum it all up My day was ruined after being at that P.O THAT DAY.
The girls at Washago pleasant to deal with. Jan delivers to our area in all kinds of weather.

We have to travel 10 miles to our Post Office in a small village, where we get excellent, always cheerful service.
We come from a very small town and it is very friendly post office and the post mistress is ver knowledgeable about everything and always willing to help you. We don’t know what we would do without the post office.

Our local rural post office staff in Ben Eoin,where I live, go out of their way to accommodate their customers needs and are ALWAYS very pleasant whenever you enter the premises…we also enjoy dealing with the postmistress at the Christmas Island Post office as well, where we make a yearly jaunt at this time of year for the past number of years ,my friend Audree and I ,to post our Christmas cards and have the Christmas Island Seal stamped on each and every card by the postmistress before being mailed! It is such a pleasant experience visiting both rural offices where locals meet while posting mail, keep in touch and shoot the breeze on their way out! I feel these two post offices staff not only supply a great service but contribute in their own way to the happiness and good health of their patrons who get out and mingle with others who also frequent these offices.
I also would like to congratulate those in authority who have placed a woman at the Sydney,Nova Scotia Charlotte Street Post office who is such a pleasant, very efficient,helpful worker as compared to previous men who worked there and made one feel that they were falling overthemselves not to be the one that had to wait on the next clients in line,wanting to avoid work,it seems….thank you for realizing the need for change there ! The staff at the post office on 28 CH Old Chelsea, QC, is efficient, helpful, friendly, fluently bilingual, very hard working. It is always comfortable to go there even if, at times, they seem run off their feet and they have only one till. I shudder to think that the powers that be may shut this office down, please don’t, we need it.
Why in Hope BC do you pay for General Delivery. and don’t get a refund back when you move out of town. Where i live the Canada post doesn’t pay for there mail boxes or general delivery . I live in Lillooet bc. it isn’t far.

Plusieurs fois j’ai eu à faire avec post canada. J’ai toujours apprécié le sourire des employés (es) et l’empressement de nous venir en aire et de répondre à nos questions. bien souvent ils nous apportent notre courrier vu notre handicap physique. Notre boîte à lettre est rurale près de notre maison. Je les remercie de leur compréhension et de leur soutien.
After reading the other comments, it is plain to see that you cannot please everyone; however Canada Post was our sole provider for longer than my life time. The fact is if there is a problem Canada Post has many options with wonderful representatives to resolve your issues, just ask. I would like to give a special thanks to Jacques and Mitch at the Elmvale Pharmacy Post Office.

My corner post office is just great and the girls are always so friendly. I do a great deal of online shopping so I am always getting items sent through Canada Post and it’s never been a problem. Epost is great for receiving my household bills as I don’t have all that paper waste.
