Thank you for participating!
WOW just saw that you responded to my concern. Have been able to enter since the first couple of days. Thank you for your attention and for the fun contest. Fingers crossed
Ya it did that to me too, I switched browser to chrome and it worked.
I DON’T Give Up— NEED TO WIN
It says my password is wrong, but is not. Annoying!!
Please try this method to fix your login:
1. Go to http://www.weloveyoureyes.ca
2. Type the e-mail associated to your account or your Facebook account into the log-in field and submit without typing in a password.
3. Click the “Forgot Password?” dialogue that appears right below the password field. (If this dialogue does not appear then that e-mail has not been associated with a Love Your Eyes account and you can re-register using the sign-up button.)
4. Check your e-mail for your new password. (Please remember to check your junk mail folder.)
5. Return to the http://www.weloveyoureyes.ca site using your e-mail and new password.
If the problems you have cited still exist please contact us and we will do everything in our power to correct the problem.

Unfortunately you still seem to be having issues on the contest site. It states I have no entries for this week and today’s question (Wed.) offers no hint!
Thank you for the contest — it is fun, and informative, too.
Sorry Didi, there are no hints for any of the questions. You can ask your friends – or perhaps Opticians – to provide you with guidance. You can also answer the previous questions to gain all your entries back – however – if you login you should have all your previous entries. If you log in and have no entries, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will fix it for you.
I had to add some garbage to my last name because it won’t accept my two letter last name!
I click on the picture and it says multiple choice with no numbers, click again and nothing… this is google also tried bing, it was worse, no pictures even
I am unsure of what you mean by using Google or Bing, as those are both search engine browsers? However, when you proceed to http://www.weloveyoureyes.ca and click on the image tiles, the questions should pop up?
They questions don’t pop up I click on the first picture of the man’s eye and it says multiple choice with 4 empty circles, I click again and nothing…
Hm, that’s odd. We’ll try to get that fixed ASAP but please email email@example.com with your browser and operating system information. ie. Mac or PC and Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google chrome etc.
Thank you for your patience.
Thanks for not requiring Facebook or Twitter like some shortsighted (pun intended) companies do…
Good pun, and you’re welcome!
If you do a Google image search on many of the images, it shows the exact same image on some other web page – there aren’t any copyright violations going on here are there?
Thank you for your concern, we have made sure every image is Creative Commons and credited in the image.
All of the above I want … I would like it . Not giving up maybe one day?
I have been entering this contest since day one, and today it did not keep me automatically logged in. I can’t remember which email address I used, but it doesn’t give me the “forgot password” option for either of my email addresses.
Why isn’t it working?
Simply type in all the possible emails you may have used without typing in a password, then click the arrow or click “enter”. Whichever email you used for the contest should prompt a “forgot password?” dialogue underneath the password field. If an email doesn’t do that, then you did not register with that email. If you can’t figure out the email after trying this, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and we will find which email you registered with.
