    I think Staples is one of the best stores to shop in. The staff are polite, know their product and go to the limit to help you and fill you in on what you want to know.

  5. Staples Staff have always done their best to help me, no matter what I asked for, Store #294 is
    my store of choice, although there is a Staples store much closer to my home.Phil and all the
    staff at #294 help out with a pen or clip board (small items are important to them and me)

    We own our own company and purchase all our necessary office supplies thru Staples. I am never disappointed with the products or the service. The staff is more than willing to assist me in any of my purchasing needs and I always leave the store fully statisfied

    For all my office needs, I go to Staples. All my pens and pen refills and stylus for cell phones and ipad and Tablet touch screens, notebooks, type writer sheets, day planners and yearly journals, etc etc, I go nowhere except Staples. One of the reasons for thtis is the attention Staples gives to customers especially to the elderly like me, customers to whom they rarely say “the item is on aisle #4 or #7” for example. They take the trouble to come and help find the particular item as most times elderly customers can’t see the items. Sometimes the items are too far up for our reach. Staples Store # 266 on ELLesmere Road in Toronto have very helpful and knowledgeable workers like Bahar who make the elderly customers feel really welcome. That is a great PLUS for Staples.

    i like shopping at Staples. it great , i need a printer they have it, exsplain all about it to me. they walk right up and say can i show you anything or did you find everything. even when i call them on the phone. they talk so nise to me and try in everyway to help me.and they have great deals on conputers and printers. and when need things for kids for school they have great deals. i bought a lot things from them .and will keep buying there. i always do great. i even buy movies there for kids . and kids enjoy them. and they have lots room to park. its agreat store to shop. you wont try it peopel. staples store 425 .saint john. n. b. betty salter. nov28,2012

    I am not computer literate as I would like to be, so when I needed to find out about getting a new “Mouse” for my home computer, I called the local store in Burlington, and spoke with a technician who advised me about prices on this item, and of what was on sale at the moment in that category. He advise me that the one I wanted had only two left in stock, and I asked him to put it aside so that I could pick it up at a later time. In this day and age, it was really refreshing to be able to talk to someone knowledgeable on the telephone, and to know it would be there when I arrived, with no hastle.

    I did pick this up at the Service desk as advised, so was completely satisfied .

    I think Staples staff are very nolegiable and friendly and I usually always find what I am looking for. I always have a staff member ask me if I need any help finding anything.

    We purchased an aspire laptop and were looking for a wireless mouse and ahad one picked out and in our hand when we were told of a special offer that gave us one for only $10 more. This put us in such a good mood we also bought a special home and stuent package for the laptop. We were given good and friendly service making this a relaxing purchase.
