    I get up, nurse my 4 months old son, prepare breakfast for my 3 yr old son, brew either coffee or tea for my husband and in-laws and prepare breakfast for them. Then get my 3 yr old ready for school, once he leaves for school, I go out for a walk with my younger son for an hour, then I get my younger son ready for his morning nap, after that I can have a bit of ‘me time’ and take a shower.
