   Actually, the Submission period ends at 11:59 p.m. E.S.T. on September 30, 2011. Hurry..not a lot of time left to enter!

   There is a voting period will begin on October 15, 2011 and end at 11:59 p.m. E.S.T. on October 30, 2011. That’s why there’s a confusion…
