My boyfriend and I purchased our first home together last July. His only requirement was a huge garage. we do have a huge garage. two car with a separate workshop, and complete loft upstairs, however it is about 30 years old and could really use a nice makeover. I would be thrilled to win this for him. He is so hard working and deserves the best.

We have a nice garage that we had built in 2002, and it has old kitchen cupboards in it, we are seniors and my husband needs a nice fix it upper, I keep telling him to throw them away, but he has too many tools and not enough space….thank you
My husband has a garage that seems to have disappeared amongst the clutter. Some days you can barely make your way from one side to the other! Then a neighbor will want to bring his car over for my husband to give him a hand to fix something or another. I honestly dont know how they do it!! He probably has every tool known to man – but where the heck is it! We have new garage doors – they are still in the boxes , and you guessed – in the garage! There is a nice furnace, so he has heat…and a good thing, as he spends every evening out there doing something or another. But, what could he accomplish if he could have room to work and actually find what he needs. AND given the cold winter, it would be nice to finally park a vehicle in there over night…never happened! HE IS A Great man, well loved by the neighborhood.
