How annoying. I wonder if Facebook pays companies to force people to visit their site in order to enter contests/get coupons etc.
companies like Facebook as a contest platform because 1) you must be logged in to enter & 2) there usually is a social media component built in which virals their brand/product/service farther and wider, faster
