My grandson was born in New Zealand 19 yrs ago. His Mother has many friendsthere. Since her son was 12 yrs old he has gone through surgeries for a brain tumor and scoleoses of the spine and eye surgeries as well as chemo therapy and radiation. He miss most of his high school (his Mom taught him) and he graduated last year. Not much fun, but now he’s doing pretty well and is needing some excitement. I would like to win a trip to New Zealand for the two of them to visit just once before he starts tackling college

I am the coldest Canadian because I live in the northerest part of British Columbia. After many hard years of ups and downs, I have finally found myself in a good place in my life. Working six days a week and long hours each day has left me ragged and tired and I am in need of a break!

I was born in a snow suit. Montreal Canada is known for its snow-covered cars, harsh blowing winds, night-covered skies come 4pm. It can literally go down to -40 degrees celcius with the wind chill factor. Once, while waiting for the bus, my fingers became painfully numb and I actually cried. My tears which were caught in my eyelashes turned into icicles. Now that’s cold. fingers were painfully numb. Oh, did I mention how winter can last from early November to early April?? That’s a long time to be cold. Needless to say, I could use a getaway.

Does anyone know if you can enter without a video?

  6. JanLaw says:

They should have to pick their own coldest video from all the entries…voting contests are basically only open to those that have the most friends online…there are a lot of us that actually keep very few “friends” on a list and won’t submit them to voting for others. Where my husband is working , with the wind chill, it was -50 last week ..oh well..turn up the furnace I guess
