Artman, Vincor Brands is a winery in BC.
Vextini.ca seems to be behind it but they are down.

Vincor actually owns wineries across Canada; not only in Ontario and BC. They have a large winery just off the QEW in the Niagara/Grimsby area. Their head office is in Mississauga. They are the largest wine producer in Canada and (I believe) are planning to expand in the US
